Kidney Bean & Tuna Salsa

I have seen a few posts lately with people saying how much they love kidney beans, so I experimented in the kitchen last night and this was a hit with my girlfriend and brother.

1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Tuna (drain springwater)
1 finely diced onion (preferably spanish)
1 diced tomato
fresh crushed garlic to taste
fresh chopped parsley
juice from 2 lemons
splash of tabasco sauce
light drizzle extra virgin olvie oil
pepper to taste

Lightly toss and you have a meal on its own or a perfect side to any meal.

Im addicted to it, but go light on the garlic and onion if our planning on going out anywhere.
