Artificial Crabmeat or Surimi
What's your take on this stuff? Seems to be a pretty decent option for a meal. It's made with white fish, crab, egg whites etc.. Lots of protein, low cal, low carb.

Looks good ... high in protein.
I substitute surimi for crab, and most of the time brown rice for white rice. I'd add some carrot ...
