Gazhole Sauce

5 Tablespoons Honey
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
Pinch Mixed Herbs

393 Calories (Serves 2)
105g Carbs
1g Protein
1g Fat

Just mix it all up in a bowl, heat for 1-2 minutes on high power in the microwave, and use on fries, rice, potato wedges, as a baste or marinate for meat...anything you like.

Tastes like a mix between BBQ sauce and Sweet + Sour Sauce.

Actually sounds great. Nice bbq marinade.

Although the sound of ' gazhole's sauce' has put me off. Big time.

Depends on the herbs you're using.

You can make a similar sauce using hoisin and a bit of sesame oil.

No, other people can make it, its just that i have a gland for it so its easier.
