    chicken cassarole

this is quick easy and will feed you for days.
    2-6 boneless skinless chickenbreasts
box of white or whole grain rice
    broccoli, califlower
    cheese of your choosing

cut the chicken breast into chunks pan seer it in a large pan sprinkle garlic powder, and garlic salt for a great flavor

    boil the rice

steam your veggies i have also used carrots with good results

once every thing is cooked dump some rice then veggies then chicken into a cassarole dish sprinkle the cheese on top of that then start it over again. you just keep layering the rice, chicken, veggies, and cheese till you run out of stuff. preheat your oven to about 375 throw the dish in for five to ten minutes. you just bake it so bring out the flavor and melt the cheese. as for left overs you can put salad dressing on as well for a little flavor kick.
