this is quick easy and will feed you for days.
2-6 boneless skinless chickenbreasts
box of white or whole grain rice
broccoli, califlower
cheese of your choosing
cut the chicken breast into chunks pan seer it in a large pan sprinkle garlic powder, and garlic salt for a great flavor
boil the rice
steam your veggies i have also used carrots with good results
once every thing is cooked dump some rice then veggies then chicken into a cassarole dish sprinkle the cheese on top of that then start it over again. you just keep layering the rice, chicken, veggies, and cheese till you run out of stuff. preheat your oven to about 375 throw the dish in for five to ten minutes. you just bake it so bring out the flavor and melt the cheese. as for left overs you can put salad dressing on as well for a little flavor kick.

quick update on this one. my wife made it tonight she cooked the chicken in italian dressing with the garlic salt, and powder. man it was smoking. either way it tastes great.

that depends,the universal I DUNNO TEMP is 350 i would say at 350, you should leave it about 45 minutes, but all things vary. Like are you starting with precooked chicken, how deep i the dish blah blah blah
