Spicy Ham & Cheese Omelet/Pizza (for one)

Spicy Ham & Cheese Omelet/Pizza (for one)

    Recipe By: The Bull
    Categories: Chicken/Poultry/Eggs

    4 eggs -- (4 to 6)
    1 can flaked ham
200 grams cheddar cheese -- grated
    Olive Oil
    Crushed Chili Peppers (optional)

Pour olive oil in frying pan and set temperature to Medium - high on your stove. Sprinkle crushed chili peppers or any other spice of choice into the oil. Mix together eggs, entire can of ham, and grated cheese into bowl and mix until you have a consistent texture. When olive oil is nice and hot, pour all ingredients into pan.

Keep checking bottom of omelet until it is golden brown. Flip entire omelet (tricky) and cook opposite side equally.

Once fully cooked, you will have a pizza about 2 inches thick and crusty which you can then slice into pie-shaped pieces. Let cool or eat right away.
