Sweet Berry Omelet

Sweet Berry Omelet

Recipe By: Joanne Phillips
Categories: Chicken/Poultry/Eggs

2 eggs
splash of table cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
sliced strawberries or whole blueberries
Splenda

Beat eggs with cream, vanilla and cinnamon and
add a dash of Splenda. Cook in pan like an omelet
and when almost done, add berries down the middle
with another sprinkle of Splenda. Flip one side
over to continue to cook. When done, sprinkle top
with a little more cinnamon and Splenda. I usually
combine cinnamon and Splenda in a small spice bottle
with a shaker top to have on hand. This almost tastes
like pancakes!

can i do this with like 4 eggs? or more

i am a big eater..lol or is that going against the whole point of the "healthy part?

Yes maybe a little to interesting. Never had the urge to add berries to eggs

It's actually very good. I use the egg beaters with some cinnamon+vanilla and some splenda. Mix it all together, then I fry some fruit..strawberries and plums work good and mix it with cottage chesse and put it on my little pancake..it's really good

I'll try it but my GF's going to kick my ass bc/ when she see's this concoction, she's going to get sick. Hmmn.... maybe that'll get her out of the house! LOL!

Yes. Hit, "Post Reply" on the right to the last of this thread. The on that page, towards the bottom, it will say, "Attach File". From their retrieve picture and click submit. Put anything into your subject line and body if you'd like.
