    Iced Capaccino

GGGRRR...that's NOT how you spell it, lol....almost as good as Timmy's

In a blender or food processor mix:

    1 cup crushed ice
1.5 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein
    3 tbsp cream
    sweetner if desired
    1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp instant coffee (or adjust to taste)

Yummy!.....if you're personal trainer sucks and doesn't allow you to consume actual caffeine, you can make coffee ice cubes using decaf and crush the ice in your food processor....of course this would require planning...and would most definitely impress your personal trainer

If you use the chocolate protein it has a sort of Mocha flavour going on
