    Chicken

    Just something I do sometimes.

Before you start this. Rice should be precooked and refrigerated. Taste and cooks easier but not necessary. It's up to you!

In a pan but not the wok, cook the following meats and herbs!

-3 whole chicken breast. (Chopped) (Call Venus, she'll chop them! LOL!)
-Shrimp (sneak a little of that hot sauce onto it as well or cajun.)

-Ginger root (to your desire) (Very important ingredient!)
(Cut the GR into big thin slices so you can identify and remove it
    easily)
    -Garlic (to your desire)
    -Salt and pepper for taste

Cook both of these together using the herbs below and set aside

    ------------------------------------------------
** REMOVE THE GINGER after 10 mins! Ginger tast like crap especially when you bite into it!
    ---------------------------------------------

    In a seperate pan:

Scrambled egg (use 3 eggs) Set aside!

In the Wok, start to cook veggies!

(All diced for the exception of peas!)
Onion ( I like mine semi raw but that's your choice)
    Peppers
    Peas
    carrots
    Scallions
    ---------------------

    Then, add the rice!

    Add the eggs!

Lastly, add your meats back in.

    There you have it!

    Oriental/American Style Fried Rice!

I dominantly use meat more than rice in this meal!

If it's your cheat day, add pork (lean) and Ham. Chop and dice that too but cook it with the meats!
