    half joke, half serious...

I think we should have a seperate section for people looking only for abs, arms, etc.

Basically, the "I want abs and arms for women" type. It's getting to be a bit much explaining every 30 minutes to someone why isolation shouldn't make the bulk of a program, or how there's too much pushing, or not enough legs, and that biceps assist other muscles, etc.

Or, at the very least, maybe a training sticky explaining the benefits of compound vs isolation and the need for training legs???

Stickies do no good to people who can't be bothered to use Google. Creating a forum won't do any good, either. Consider how many nutrition questions end up in training and how many training questions end up in Open Chat.

As Ron White said, "You can't fix stupid."

If there was the technology to do so, I'd rather have a button on each posts that, when clicked, resulted in the offending user getting kicked in his nuts.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Otherwise known as the "Lebanese workout."
