Rep points ?!?
Okay, I need to know how this reputation thing works as I give people positive rep, but it comes back saying 0 rep points. I may have offended someone due to the zero rep point given, and that is not my intention. When I click the give rep button, a little box pops up that says something like:
did you like the post?
did you not like the post? I have to check one and I always check the first one.
Then it has a box for additional comments.
Finally a button where it says approve.
Do I have to be past a certain lvl to give points?

Just repped everyone in the thread who is trying to rep with no rep power. Hope it helps. I tend to pass along reps for posting info that either helps others or is good for a laugh, or is thought provoking. No big deal if you don't have any power. Personally, I think it is good to get feedback from members that they found what you said useful or somehow of value, rep power or not.
