There was already a suggestion i see made similar to this by the Captn' and its pretty much that we post a whole new section in the biggest boldest type in the world that says something like
"NEW OR BEGGINING TO WORKING OUT" that explains the basics of diet and exercise. I like what you did with the elite anabolic zone. that will seem to offer a more uncluttered zone to ask serious questions.
but theres still so much of the most basic questions seem to be asking that aren't answered in the stickies but nobody seems to get how that works.
You tell them to read the stickies and they reply with something like "how do i get bigger?"....

I think this forum would be better if it had a section dedicated specifically to beginners. When I first started lifting weights I only posted in the "Beginners" sub-forum for an entire 12 months. I didn't think I was worthy of posting anywhere else as when you are a noob there is a lot of information to be absorbed.
IMO, if the sub-forum is titled "Beginners" it would probably gain a lot more attention from experienced lifters making this site a more valuble tool for learning.
