You all should start creatine some real hardcore training and dieting programs!Like 8 weeks to bigger legs,biceps,etc.Or a get big diet,12 weeks to burninng fat,etc.Cmon that would be awesome!I am also thinking of creating a 8 weeks to bigger traps program and maybe post it here if it's with you guys and mods!

yeh i understand that some guys have a problem in growing their traps but 8 weeks ? , yr traps would be bigger than your delts!!!!
maybe an 8 week split/ superset to develop overall muscularity in the upperbody that would definatley incorp the traps , i mean my traps are tight just from typing this keyboard !!!!


I dunno, whats the program - dont do anything BUT traps for 8 weeks? My traps have always been tight, but not gifted with growth.
