same happened to me once. Turned out I had changed my email address and some other info in my User Profile and when you do this it won't let you post until you go to your email address and confirm the changes. I know, it's stupid.

It is shown as AWAITING CONFIRMATION when that occurs, and this one looks like a regular old account, so I'm guessing everything should be ok.
