How about a seperate forum for "natural" bodybuilders?

IMO, I don't believe A.S. users and naturals can utilize the same training protocols to make optimum progress.

Well, if your looking for advice on supplements for natural BB/Fitness etc. then, POST IT for us.

As for general advice and dieting etc. The MODS are the best in IM!

I am strange. I wont lie. Everybody is a litttle strange. I think it started when my mother hit me with a branch as a young child. From then on i resented her. I began liking to sleep standing up....

Yeah, I think the number is a possibility but it must've been that day you were right behind. The problem there was, you were wasting away in that stupid 2 word thread while I was all over the place.


Anyway, even though I've extended my vacation (I delayed my classes) I will be traveling to cities on the road rather than in the air! Therefore, I will not be jerking away on a computer as much often for the next few months!

So, to all of you (which most you will be glad) I will not be on as much! ** Happy now??**

250? Crap, I thought it was only 100 something, I hit about 150 or so, I know 138 or so was in a 30 minute period and then did some other occasional posts during the day.
