Appetite suppressants

Hi

Im looking for a strong appetite suppressant and xenadrine just doesn't cut it what's the best on the market at the moment and can you still get the stuff with ephadrine in?

What kind of macros are you running? The best appetite suppressant may be food.

I Agree!!

You might want to try this,

200ml whole milk (You may use low fat)
20 Grams Whey (any will do)
3-4 Fish Oil Caps ( 1 gram each)

Blend milk & whey, gulp down with fish caps.....I feel fuller for at least 4 hours, but it's my PERSONAL experience...

Give it a try....a LOT better than those suppressants..

I do agree that there are probably better natural ways to suppress appetite, I do think though that appetite is one of the hardest things to get under control being that it is a mental thing more than anything. I have tried these and they do a pretty damn good job but are definately only an evasive method.

Agreed with all of the above. Its more important to get the right things in your body than to cut food out. I neer have been a fan of appetitie suppressant except when used very mildly. You gotta keep that metabolism going.
