My other question about what to do to build the muscle in my stomach though, at the minute like I said I'm a slim guy, always have been, but I want to burn more fat off my stomach so that my 6pac shows more. I'm a slim build but just want to become slimmer on my body without loosing to much weight and becoming skinny.
What else can I do to work my chest? Stomach Crunches? V-Crunches? Leg Crunches? I've heard of these three, but not sure how to do them, any advice please?
