6 weeks ago i decided iwas going to compete in a show in october on the 20th. since i made that decision i have had a run of very bad health - a couple of flus and more importantly - the sh*ts. i have not been able to eat for 3 days and the same thing happened just one month ago, my physique has gotten worse than when i decided to start preparing, its looking like im going to have to pull out of this one, but its my local show and a lot of people i know will be there. things are just not going my way, i havnt looked this sh*t for about a year my progress is reversing. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaa, ............... winge winge winge etc...
