over training?

im 42 years old male and have been training for 5 months with good results, lost weigh, gained muscle size ,i feel good the only problem is for the last few weeks haven't been up to par in bed with the wife. i never had a problem before,could it be from over training.i train 3-4 times a week 2 muscle groups each day

doubt it's overtraining....

Probably diet, but it could also be stress, lack of sleep, etc...

Not enough info to say one way or the other.
you have to examine what changed in life around the time you noticed the performance/desire drop off.

overtraining occurs over a period of time when the central nervous system has not been allowed to recover properly from many bouts of high intensity training. the most obvious sign is a decrease in athletic performance
