so lets say your on a clean bulk with minimal fat gain (im thinking about a ud 2.0 bulk) would this actually reduce your overall bodyfat % as your increasing your lbm but bodyfat is satying the same? or am i totally wrong and this is a retarded question?

Bodyfat isn't staying the same. Most bulks are accompanied by gains in bodyfat, however minimal they are. The goal of a clean bulk is simply to limit these gains in bodyfat, but I don't think they can be completely avoided.

Agree. It can't be completely avoided, thats why we proceed to cutting after bulking.

Doesn't one's P-ratio drive muscle vs fat gain during a bulk? Primarily anyways.

if a ud 2.0 bulk worked(which i hope it does) then you are adding lean mass, while fat is staying the same, so your increasing your overall bodyweight. so the overall bodyfat % is actually going down
