How do I get to the main page without logging out?

logging out of what? you stay logged into this board until you click the logout button.

Looks good, Prince! Having to look at gopro's mug when I visit the main page kind of freaks me out though.

Prince, when I go here , it does not recognize my name and password.

That's what I mean... the only way I can find to get to the main page is to log out. I guess I'm just missing something
Nevermind...
I had the same problem with not being able to log back in from the main page.

Right click on the link > Open in New Window, I didn't get logged out? (on Prince's link)
I may get used to it, but I think I liked the darker site look better.

This board and the main site are completely separate. You can create a account on the main site, but it has nothing to do with your account on these forums.

Oh
I never knew that...

You do need to "register" again for the main site as it's a different database..however, it shouldn't log you out of here.

The links aren't working for training articles.

The main site uses PHP Nuke, while the forums run on vBulletin ..
So it's indeed a different database ..
Excellent choice, if I may add ..
However, if you want to accomodate more views/day,
I recommend you switch to SlashCode (Perl-drive instead of PHP).
P.S. Experiment with making your own themes: loads of fun !!
Little Typo in one of the main titles:
One on One Pesonal Training
And Prince, for the love of God, read BugTraq - PhpNuke ain't the safest of all platforms ..

thanks, I like it.
I do not want a perl driven site, ick!

I think it must be possible to hack together the Nuke and Vbull sql-databases ..
They both use sql-db's with comparable fields (if not exactly the same).
Should be a hack out there somewhere.
And then set it up on cron every 5 minutes (if your host allows for it ..)

actually I do not want them together, if I did I would have gone with vB Portal.
the reason is because of sql connections allowed on the database. if I used the vB database on the main site I would have to put the forums on a dedicated server to handle the load.

(Cool & Techie ..) : First time I heard those two words in the same sentence ... without the " ... NOT!"-part.
I can only imagine the load the site must already take with over 1000 active members .. good work!

I just realized last night that the main site was screwed up when you are in 800x600 resolution!
