Directions:

Directions:
For best results, mix 2 scoops of Maniac with 8 oz of water. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to your workout. Do not take late at night. Do not take less that 2 hours after any caffeine product. To assess tolerance, take one scoop for your first serving. Then, if no problems, you can take another scoop 30 mintues afterwards. Just finishing up a bottle of Glycobol, excellent product, (except for the green poops!). I always took r-ALA before this came out, but with this, there's no need to supplement only the r-ala, just take this and get all the other good stuff too.
anyway, is there any opportunity left to test log either of these products? I am currently doing a high volume routine that normally takes me close to 1 and a half to two hours to complete, and I think either one of these products would definitely help me out during this high volume phase either with general recovery from it, or to actually help me get though the workout and still have enough energy for the later sets.

I have used Stoked, Essentials, and Life Support and absolutely loved the products. I would love to run a log for Maniac, but I will be leaving for my honeymoon on the 9th and wont be back until the 18th. If there is still an opportunity for me, please let me know!
