These start life as 22g fat, 20g protein ("lean" patties). Any idea how much I'm cooking out? They are moderately dry when I get done with them, when they are 'juicy' they are kind of gross to me. I eat them without bread, just with mustard on top, and I'm curious approximately what most people cook out with "well done" burgers.
Or, do I estimate based on whats left over plus some added for evaporation? I have not yet tried measuring in ounces or weight drippings from each patty (dont have a food measurer either).
