I heard that the 20 rep squat is probably the best natural way to build muscle, but i have a big problem my legs and my bottom are bigger compered to my upper back. I really want to try the routine but i am afraid that my legs will grow even bigger. What do u think ?

Surely this is an issue of somatotype which u really can't change thats just the way u r body is .u can change u r bodyfat % this could give you a more slimmer appearence if u r prone to carrying fat around u r ass or legs, but IMHO is big legs are good.

What are your training goals? if you want a more balanced physique why do you want to focus on the bodyparts u say are more pronounced?

20 rep squats will definately build your legs more than your upper body. How about working your upper body to match the legs first then take it from there?

The game of basketball and the exercises for increasing vertical really build my quads and ass ..I actually made a mistake it is not the upper back , it is the upper body. How about applying the principle of the 20 rep squat on other exercises like dips, rowing to make the upper body bigger and match the legs ?

I don't think it would work quite as well. See squats utilise most of the muscles in the body and so are almost like a full body workout in a box. Doing anything else for 20 reps might not be so good for you because usually only 2-3 muscles are worked at the same time and take the whole load, rather than the load being spread over a huge amount of muscles like in squats

If it's an imbalance that is causing you injury in anyway, don't add weight to it - fix it first.

If it's just a size difference, fuck the upper body - legs rule.

Yeah, big legs rule! I am very happy to say that people start to see the gains and the meаsurments also increased just after couple of workouts. My grandpa said i got larger .. i will do it for 6 weeks like the original program and i will post some pics of my progress
