I'm sure this applies to alot of you, If you make a whey proetin shake with strawlberries and flaxseed oil and but it in the fridge. How long would it be good for. I would leave it in there for may be 2-3 at the most. I was just curious !!

Thanks

I do the same. I make my shake at 7am and I drink half of it at 10:30am and the other half at 4pm. As long as it is refrig'd it is fine.

Thats gotta taste nasty though.

Leaving it for a few days to settle, yuk.

I did learn the hard way that you can not make them night before and put them in refridgerator becuase whey spoils in relatively a quick time. Reason I know. I'm allergic to milk and whey can spoil and it can leave your stomach feeling bloated. When I went to reach my drink in the morning about 45-60 minutes after consuming it my stomach would begin to bloat and I would get super light headed becuase my blood sugar level was dropping so low.... and my body wasn;t absorping the nutrients and I had to take a special formula to help get rid of all the tar build up the spoiled whey left in my stomach !! I was a mess !! I even stop all protein shakes 8 weeeks out from show time so there is no chance of me ever storing water. I belive this is main reason I come in bone dry. Also the glutmeine in the shakes degrade after a half hour from what I have hear as well !! so when you add glutemine to shakes drink them with in 15 minutes to get full potency

I dont because even after sitting for like an hour it tastes kinda funny.
