Superdrol (M-Drol) and Epistane (E-stane) bridge ?

Hi there,
I've read about someone who did a 5mg ED (x3weeks) of m-drol and had decent result. He did that to avoid side effect.
I wonder is that a good cycle ?
Week 1-3 : 5mg ED Superdrol
Week 4-7 : 20mg ED E-stane
Or is that (bellow) a better (yet side effect really low ?) cycle :
Week 1-3 : 10mg ED superdrol
Week 4-7 : 40mg ED e-stane
Also, is nolva enough for PCT ?
And, if I use (If it's a good idea of course) epistane after SD, will I get full benefit (and result) of both ? or will the epistane be useless (because SD made me already gain mass ?)
