1) Age-22
2) Height- 6ft 5
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat - 210 - 12%
3) Years of Consistant Training experience 10 years
4) Previous Cycle experience- D-BOL/winstrol
5) Training routine and Diet- 5 day routine- High protein-low carb
6) Cycle Goals- 15-20 lbs dry lean muscle (ripped)

Hi Im new to the site, started off weight training early on in life, first got into power lifting, took Dianobol purely for strength gain to help with the sport.

stopped training due to work commitments weight increased to 260 lbs

Spent the last few months training hard, diet is very good, high protien throughout the day, complex carbs before 12am simple carbs after.

Weight now is 210 lbs lean.

I would like to add muscle but keep the lean look.

Any help will be appriecated
