A collegue of mine just asked me what I was having for lunch, and my first thought was 60 grams protein, 40 grams carbs, 8 grams fat.

We were are the video store last night, and these 3 people were walking up the street making a lot of noise, laughing and joking around, eating ice cream....mmafiter says "what the hell is up w/ them" and I said "SUGAR!" lol me too!
