Fever before show

So i was preparing for a show on Sept 5th however this friday i became ill and i have had a fever ranging from 101.5-102.4 for 3 days, which of course means i went off my diet and did no training in this time. I suspect it will still be a few days before i am able to train again. I am about 187 now and about 8% bodyfat, i dont think my body can recover in time to make a good run for the show. Also i am a natural athlete and the sept 5th show is a non tested event i am still planning on doing a natural show on oct 3. I was just curious on whether u guys agree that i should drop out or keep plugging and try to make it.
