He's a mad man!! They need to test him for roids and arrest him then ban him for a year. This is appalling.

BOSTON -- Tempers flared in the bottom of the second inning at Fenway Park on Tuesday night when Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis was hit in the back by an 89-mph pitch by Tigers right-hander Rick Porcello.
Youkilis immediately charged the mound and threw his helmet toward Porcello. Youkilis and Porcello then dragged each other to the ground. From there, both benches and bullpens emptied.
Youkilis and Porcello were both ejected and are all but certain to be disciplined by Major League Baseball.
This game developed tension early, when Tigers star Miguel Cabrera was hit on the left hand by a pitch in the first inning by Red Sox right-hander Junichi Tazawa.
Later in that inning, Carlos Guillen took an aggressive takeout slide into Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia in his successful attempt to break up a double play. Manager Terry Francona immediately came out and argued with second-base umpire Scott Barry, but to no avail.
In the bottom of the first, Red Sox first baseman Victor Martinez gestured at Porcello after taking a pitch high and tight that nearly hit him.
Cabrera had to leave the game with two outs in the top of the second when his left hand throbbed after hitting a foul ball.
Porcello drilled Youkilis with his first pitch in the bottom of the second inning.
Mike Lowell pinch-ran for Youkilis at first base, while the Tigers called on Chris Lambert to pitch in place of Porcello.
The Red Sox greeted Lambert loudly. David Ortiz hit a single and Jason Bay followed with a game-tying, three-run homer that soared over the Green Monster.
Francona was ejected later in the bottom of the second by Barry for arguing when J.D. Drew was called out trying to steal second.

Youk is always getting beaned.

BTW, Mike Lowell replaced Youk after the ejection and promptly hit two home runs.

Red Sox star Kevin Youkilis, Tigers starting pitcher Rick Porcello handed five-game bans for brawl

Boston's Kevin Youkilis and Tigers pitcher Rick Porcello, who were ejected after tussling in Tuesday night's game in Fenway, were suspended five games and fined by the league Wednesday. Both players appealed their suspensions, which have been halted pending the appeals process.
The tension from the series' ongoing beanball war boiled over Tuesday when Youkilis was hit in the back by the rookie pitcher. After dropping his bat, Youkilis threw his batting helmet at the 20-year-old as he charged the mound. Porcello backed up off the mound a few feet, but once Youkilis grabbed him, the young pitcher easily tossed the veteran Red Sox star to the ground.
The benches and bullpens cleared, but no punches were thrown.
The MLB decision by vice president Bob Watson cited Youkilis for charging the mound, throwing his helmet at Porcello and inciting Tuesday night's hostilities. Watson penalized Porcello for intentionally throwing pitches at Victor Martinez and Youkilis.
Tigers' pitcher Edwin Jackson was also fined for hitting Youkilis in Monday night's game.
On his weekly radio spot in Boston, Red Sox manager Terry Francona said he understood Youkilis' rage.
"Well, I don't know if you can say what should have happened or shouldn't have happened. It's not a game that's played on paper and you don't have the ability sometimes to think it through. You know, Youk got whacked, and I thought he actually explained [his thought-process] pretty good,"

Francona told the hosts of The Dale and Holley Show. "He's tired of it. It was the second night in row where he got hit pretty good. He went to the mound, he regrets that, but he did it. You know, now we're going to have to pay the consequences. ... If you actually pick up one of those balls, they hurt. He got whacked pretty good, and again, there's emotion involved and sometimes you do things, and it happened, so now we have to deal with it."
The battle had been brewing since Monday night when three batters were hit, including Youkilis by Jackson. Detroit's Miguel Cabrera was beaned in the first by Sox rookie pitcher Junichi Tazawa, who gave up three runs in that inning. Porcello just missed hitting Martinez in the bottom of the first and then he nailed Youkilis to start the second.
Youkilis has been hit by a pitch 10 times this season. Porcello, the New Jersey product who was the Tigers' first-round draft pick in 2007, has hit two batters this season, including Tuesday night's plunking of Youkilis.

Youk is definitely juicing. Look at the size of this wild-mans head.

I don't think Porcello deserved the same suspension. But whatever, he won't miss a start.
