SPAWN Results?

Hey everyone, I am new to this site - but I wanted to get everyone's insight on SPAWN and if they have tried it?

Right now, I weigh 215 lbs, I am 6'6 tall, and currently at 8.9% body fat.

I just returned from Jamaica and was on a shredding diet before I left - I dropped 11 lbs of body weight and went down 3 waist sizes. I want to put that weight back on and then some.

Currently, I am taking in around 4,200 calories per day

220g of protein
450g of carbs

Supplements:
100% Whey Protein
Mega Gainer
X-pand Nitric Oxide Reactor
SPAWN
Milk Thistle

In the gym, I am doing 4 sets of 8 with max weight.

So the real question is - should I be taking the SPAWN? Everywhere I have read is that it will put the weight on you (today is only my 3rd day on it)

Tell us more about your workout routine. It's possible that this may be your greatest area of oppurtunity.

Here is my max for the major lifts:
Bench: 220
Curls: 55lb for each arm
Squat: 325


well, today I did chest and tri's

as I stated in my OP, I am doing things in 4 sets of 8.

today:

bench press
incline press
rope pulldown
reverse pulldown
cable crossovers (high)
cable crossovers (low)
skullcrushers
sweeps
flys
pushups
abs

If that's the extent of your workout routine, using steroids like Spawn is premature. Look into more progressive training programs.

for me I will work:

day 1-- chest
day 2-- arms
day 3-- shoulders
day 4 --back
day 5 --legs
day 6 --chest
day 7 -- OFF
then I start all over from where i left off
day 8-- arms
day 9-- shoulders
ect.
ect.

but also every week I do different exercises for each body part also, that way my body doesn't get in a memory mode and i keep working it to the limit.

well yea, I do my entire body - duh.

I dont know if that guy thought I only do chest and tri's. I was just giving my workout for that day.

My routine is very similar to yours zeek, every 7th day I take off and no spawn.

I guess I should have elaborated more - I have my own personal trainer and everything that helps me out with everything. But like I said, what I listed was my chest and tri routine - not the only thing I do.

Progressive overload, periodization, rest-pause, rotation of rep range, rest time, volume...

I asked because 4x8 of everything is a good plan for about two weeks. Beyond that, you need to incorporated various principles to continue to see optimum results.

oh, yea - 2 weeks was the initial plan only to be altered.

My trainer laid out my routines for entire month while I am taking SPAWN, I will post up here what he changes after these first 2 weeks expires
