Whats your previous cycle eperience?
How long have you been training?
Whats your BF%?
How are you gaining weight currently?
What is your diet like?

ive stoped gaining wieght i cant seem to put any more on...
well i dont really have a diet but when i was on my last cycle i just eat big amounts of food such as pasta's, curry's, red meat, lots of chicken as u can see a bit all over the place....

First of all get your diet straight..... You can take all the cycles you want but if you don't eat, drink, and sleep right then they will not help you. Seriously, don't waste your gear til you can get you diet going in the right direction, and your bodyfat fat has to come waaaaaay down first too. If not you will waste your gear.

Personally i think you have a bit of growing naturally to do before thinking about a cycle. Im your height and about 78kg, and this is a comfortable weight to maintain at - the difference is that i track my diet.
The fact that you don't really track your diet leads me to believe you don't really know your maintenance/cutting/bulking levels of calories very well - which is crucial for any sort of weight gain/loss goals.
Get that sorted, go on a natural bulk with some good solid training and i think you could get to 83kg (or more) probably in the space of 2 or 3 months without the need for gear.
That and your bf% is way too high for a cycle right now, as has been said already.

any chance you could give me some examples of a good diet then or what my intake for my calories protein carbs etc????
what BF% should i aiming to get at and how can i reach this????
i should of stated but you probably already gathered i am novice level of training etc...

Yes we have gathered you are a novice which is why you should NOT be considering gear for a long time.
You need a system so you can track your calories and adjust to suite your goals. You cant just eat whatever and whenever and expect results. Personally I weigh all my meals and have done for years. I weigh carbs, meat, vegies and fats. For example one meal will contain 200g rice, 200g chicken breast, 100g vegies and 4 fish oil caps and I eat the same amount of meals per day everyday.
I weigh myself once a week same time of day so I know if I need to adjust anything. You dont have to do the same but you do need a system that works for you and you need to be consistant with it.
If your a novice then I would suggest you train 3-4 times per week hitting all muscle groups once per week with just basic exercises aiming to increase strength with good form and train hard.
First off you should think about dropping bodyfat, 15% is too high in my opinion but you need to work out your maintanance calories so you can slowly reduce them which is what you will need to do to drop bodyfat.
You should do some research on bodybuilding diets and training programs.
