my first cycle, and current progress.

I started a short cycle, since it's my first I didn't go far ahead of my self, nor my pocket.

I'm 195 lbs. 6'01'' 15 ~ 17% BF, training for a couple of years. Started doing a new workout cycle 4 days a week lifting, eating healthy.

Cycle:
Week 1 500mg sustanon 250
Week 2 ~ 7 250mg sustanon 250

Week 4 ~ 7 25mg ED (monday~friday) winstrol depot

Week 9 ~ 11 PCT tamoxifen

Currently I'm at my 4th week, have much more energy and a bit of strength gain also noticed more general size (also noticed I'm developing acne at week 3).

I know I should of added more to the cycle and what not, but Since it was my first didn't want to go far, and at the moment pockets weren't so full.

Anything you want to add, flame or suggest your free to join. Thanks.

What's your injection schedule? Diet (kcals/per day)? Age?

I'm in my 20's thats why I'm just taking an amp of sustanon every monday, even though a friend of mine takes his half monday half thursday. With the winstrol, I take it around the same time aprox 2 pm, some hours befor hitting the gym.
Amount of kcal can't really say since I can't calculate dinner, but I stray away from any fast food and try to ingest as much protein as I can. I do watch calories from foods that have them labeled.
