here is a drink I made I dont know if I invented it but it tastes good.



Diet spirte one can

so frozen sherbert


mix it together drink

yup i think it tastes good and can be eaten during a bulk i havent tryed it with a protein powder but I am sure a fruit flavor would tase decent
