You guys have surely encountered plenty of utterly wrong health & fitness advice on the Internet. Sometimes it is simply an isolated incident--well-intentioned advice given by a person who has worked hard to learn about health and fitness, who has made progress in that area, who will soon remedy their mistake. But more often it is nonsense gibbering of a complete fat ass. A fatty giving fitness advice.
I'm looking for examples of the latter for my blog, Fatty Advice. (If you google it's like the third result.) If you have good examples of this sort of thing, please forward links my way (fattyadvice at gmail). Make sure you indicate where exactly the fatty advice is if it's not obvious.
I apologize for the spam-like post here. Delete it if you must, but I think it's probably in your interest to get as much of this hilarious material in my blog as possible.
Thanks.

not sure if this is what you're talking about but yes I hate someone whos lost a bunch of weight and then thinks they're a fitness expert. Just b/c you were grossly over weight living off taco bell and mcdonalds, then decide to eat a few salads and lose weight doesn't make you an expert on sht. Its easy for overweight people to lose weight if they stick to any program other than eating fast food and doing nothing all day.
