I would stop drinking as many of the protein drinks(except post-workout) as possible, and replace them with real food. Then I would change up my workout routine to try and shock my muscles. Also supplementing with a multivitamin, fish oils, and a glucosamine, chondroitin, msm stack is not a bad idea.

My bad on that my goals are to be 185 190. I weigh about 170 as of right now. I have a very fast motabalism. I am finding it very difficult to gain weight. I have gained alittle but not much

Also of note, creatine adds water weight not muscle, so don't be fooled into thinking that it is permanent weight gain. Once you stop taking it, the weight will go bye bye.

What would be a normal in take of calories and protein? In 1 day i put in 6,000 calories and 370 grams of protein. Now i could have done the tracker wrong but it looks about right to me. So if i could get alittle feed back on this

Creatine may increase glycogen stores. Therefore, this may increase water storage and cause increases in bodyweight.
However, this is not the principle reason why one would supplement with creatine. |
