Dinabol - Water weight / Hard muscle

I am a newbie bodybuilder.

Eat decent diet and exercise 3 times a week.

lift dumbells.

I wanna take dinabol.

Whats the best ways i can gain the most hard muscle on a cycle.

I heard the muscle is watery weight.

Help please.

You'll be fine...I don't think you'll need AAS since you can lift dumbells.

I taking dinabol now @ 20mcg per tablets

Dont wanna inject even though its more effective and safer on liver.

I love d-bol. Get on a good training routine. Dial in nutrition and recovery then add 30mg d-bol daily for 6-8 weeks.

I´m going to make a couple of assumptions here.

You´re probably skinny-fat, meaning little muscle, not overweight but still kinda soft.

You´re looking for a shortcut for better looks.

Let me tell you something, dbol ain´t going to help you out... at all!

My advice for you before starting AAS is:
-Get a good and healthy diet, as a life style.
-Drop down to at least under 13% bodyfat.
-Learn how to workout, and get results naturally.
--This is extremely important for you to actually benefit from the AAS, and avoid injuries.
-Do some research..

me eat 3 big foods everyday, me wanna be pro at end of cycle.
is this gonna be good? Then the ladies will come to me, nobody gonna pick on me again.
