Ok so I got my creatine, the thing that I want to know now, is how much should I take per day? 5g and keep this steady for a year or +, or take more, like let's say 10g a day for 3 months than stop for 1-2 months? Any help, feedback is welcomed.

5g should be enough. as for a year plus, i would take time off every couple months, but thats just me.

I take 5g on my off days, 10g when I workout(5g before, 5g after) I take off at least a week every 500g just to see what my weight actually is.
