Help with cycle: Sust 250/dbol/winny. EQ

I need some help with how much to take per week and when to take it?
I am 22. 6'3. 205 lbs and about 10% bf. This is my third cycle but the heaviest I have done. So please help a brother out. Here is what i've got to work with

20ml of Sustanon 250
20ml of EQ (300mg/ml)
50 Dbol capsules at 20 mg/capsule
50 winny capsules at 25 mg/capsule
24 Clomid capsules at 50 mg/capsule
1 bottle of Novaldex pills

Also, would it be okay to mix the EQ and Sust 250 before taking them?
