I'm not some weakling weighing in at 205. I bench 315 and squat 425. It's just hard for me to gain weight.
And what I meant be cluele ss was that I've never taken clomid and nolva in the same cycle so I am clueless on what to take when. I usually only have one pct. I have done a Dbol only cycle. And a Test and Winny cycle. |

Okay, we have two issues to address: your diet, and your dosing.
For your diet, forgive me, I know this post is written in a way that's friendly to newbies, but the information you'll need for this is in the link in my sig on getting started. Have a glance at that, find the part that explains what we mean here by macros (macronutrient intake) and post those up when you have 'em. That will let us address the "weight gain" portion of your programme. For your cycle, post up in detail what it is that you ran before, how long you ran it, what you took, how often, how much, and your opinion of what it did for you - as well as any sides you encountered and how long they lasted etc. This information will help you receive the specific directions you now require.
