Sure, I'd be more than happy to.
1 cup milk. 1 scoop whey protein.
Mix throughly in one direction for 24.3 seconds, and the other direction for 22.8 seconds. Do not exceed these times or the protein will become denatured and will actually put your body in a catabolic state.

Danzik, I read in Flex that it's 22.8 the FIRST direction, then 24.3 the other, at least thats what Jay Cutler does.

Flex is a suck ass rag though. Built said anywhere between 15 and 16 seconds per direction is all you need, so that's what I do.

In my point of view , Protein juice is good alternative to protein shakes.
Choosing the juice over the shake is that the juice doesn't make your stomach hurt, while the protein shake can sometimes do.
