so i got mdrol and hdrol staring at me on my desk and i decided to start off with hdrol for my first cycle, never used any hormonal supps. Im going to dose the hdrol at 50/50/50/50. use cycle assist/support (which you guys recommend??) before and throughout cycle. i have nolva on the way. at what dose should i run nolva, i know not as high as i would for mdrol but still unsure. and what other supps shuld I use for pct. thanks
ohh and how was your guys experience on hdrol??

Your plan looks good. Pct: nolva at 40mg/day for two weeks followed by 20mg/day for two weks.

you don't need to split up the pct dosages, and the 40,40,20,20 looks fine. Are you gonna have any clomid with that or and ai like exemestane or letro.

H-drol by itself isn't a very good cycle..
I ran H-drol and Tren side by side, actually just finished. Fantastic results.

no clomid, just nolva as of now. and ai is for what exactly? libido? thanks
