just wondering if you guys have any experiences with small doses of phentrmine. I'm looking to start a solid workout program but want a little help with controlling hunger. When I workout, I feel my apettite increases. I dont want to take the whole pill. maybe 1/4 of the normal dosage. I plan to do 5 days of cardio and 4 days of weight training. With a 1800 calorie diet
Im a 30yr female, 5'8 230. Im ready to take control of body. I currently run/walk 2 miles a day 5x a week.
I know people that have used this supplement/drug but they gained there weight back. but they didnt lift a finger and were on strict low carb diets.

I commend you on making a lifestyle change.
I take it you have a prescription for Phentremine then? If that is the case then you should talk to your doctor about doses. If you don't have a prescription, then I wouldn't take the Phentremine, and maybe try something else that is leagal.

Strict low carb is more than likely the way to go for safe, rapid fat loss.
Before we start talking drugs - and they DO have their place in this, but it's a smaller place than many would have you think - can you tell us how you are eating now? You know you really can't excercise off the weight, right?
I see you're eating 1800 calories a day while doing a great deal of exercise. In women, appetite increases with exercise intensity - you may be trying too hard to exercise off the weight you would be better-served dieting off.
Can you tell us how many grams of protein, carbohydrate and fat you are currently eating?

im not sure the exact amount of protein but this is what I eat on a regular day.
breakfast-
cup of oatmeal
1 egg
coffee
bannana
lunch/dinner
normal size baked chicken breast
1cup of brocolli&carrots
1cup of beans
1 dinner roll
for in between meal snacks I have breakfast bars
I dont have a prescription but I have spot with a clinic that gives them. The script is $50 a month. Im not so concerned bout rapid weightloss. I feel that Im kinda of limited to the level of my workout because of the stress put on my joints.
I feel my endurance will allow me to work longer but my body doesnt. Im not new to working out. I played rugby in college.

I have used phentermine on and off for years. It does help to curb your appetite with some side effects including insomnia, nervosness, anxiety attacks, mood swings etc. I know a lot of women that take it that did not have those side effects though. I agree that you should decide to make a life style change otherwise you will gain the weight back. You have to be very disciplined to keep the weight off. I kept mine off for 5 years between 160-165 which was ideal for me. I gained all the weight back because I stopped working out after I got sick...not related to phentermine. I want to try clenbuterol to give me a boost back into my weight loss and health journey. Good luck!
