Wasn't there a discussion at one time about having some sort of sub-forum for lifters 40 or older? I just happened to notice another "magazine" regularly featured BB's et al who were @ or over 40 years of age. Besides, AlBob needs someone he can mentor.

I just thought the rest of us, normal, well adjusted, bladder controlling adults might benefit from the ever changing physiological conditions/challenges of weight training. Anything other than "Dude! How'd ya get like all buff and junk, yo!?"...."Muscle Milk rocks, Bro...my bi's are like, 8 freakin' inches!"
