New to Iron Mag.com. Love it so far. I'm an old guy at 41 trying to get big again. 6'2", 190lb. Like everyone else, trying to trim and bulk at the same time. I'll be following everyone's good advice. Look forward to talking with everyone. All the supplements seem very confusing, any advice on older body getting started.
