Good progress so far.
But, did you say you want to lose another 25 lbs from the "after" picture?
Posted by: ceazur
Whats your diet, exercise and supps look like? Im about the size of you in the first pic. I may have a little more hip then you tho. And how long did this take
oh and I think your probably 14 - 15 % bF... Cause like i said if your 16 Then I MIGHT be 17 and thats just not fkn possible
Posted by: bodom
yeah im shooting for 185lbs dry by Mid June, want to get down to 10% bf for the first time
Diet
8am- turkey on whole wheat and cottage cheese
12pm- 1 can of tune on whole wheat with onions and 2 cups steamed veggies
3pm- Post workout ON 100% Whey
6pm-6oz chicken breast with salad
8pm- cottage cheese
totals 1600 kcals
carb up days on sunday where i eat the same + brown rice and some oatmeal for about 2200 kcals
supps are ON 100% whey, caffeine, multi, and fish oils
Lifting Schedule
Monday- Upper Chest
Tuesday- Shoulders Traps
Wednesday-off
Thursday- back and bis
Friday-Legs
Saturday- Lower Chest
Sunday- off
This took me about 4months but i really could have tried harder

Routine sucks. Why do legs(comprising of 5 major muscle groups if including lower back) once in a week, whereas chest is one muscle done twice a week?
Same for bis/tris. I wouldn't do any isolation on a cut, maybe one exercise with my back/chest day.
Read the stickies in the training section to comprise a more efficient and better routine. You'll look much better with a better routine.
Good stuff though, definition is starting to come through.

Because my chest is majorly lacking and my legs are bigger than the rest of my body, bis and tris are worked in compounds ex. barbell rows, bench, cg bench, chins, dips, etc

You would benefit by parsing through your variety of goals and dedicating your efforts towards one of them.
You mentioned that your goal is to get to ten percent bodyfat and now you are suggesting that you would like to bring up lagging body parts. These two goals cannot occur at the same time. Please search the forums for "gaining muscle and losing fat" and you'll find plenty of threads that carry explanations for why you that is the case.
Perhaps a better direction would be to decrease body fat and then add on muscle afterwards. Adding muscle now and then leaning out is a viable option as well --- you are reasonably lean enough now to partition effectively. It's up to you, but I'd recommend picking one.

They are?!?!?! WELL SHIT!!! lol
But seriously, you should give equal attention to your legs. Aside from the lack of symmetry you'll potentially see, there's just so much more potential for growth with leg work.

by that logic you should train your chest everyday, sure to turn into a beast-master
. .make sure you get enough beta-alanine intake, and LHJO regularly
GICH!

the legs do get equal attention, the only thing i work more than once a week is chest

This is sparta!

The legs are equal to your torso. You work muscles in your torso 4x a week and your legs only once. That is not equal attention.

My goal is 10% bodyfat, not growing my legs.
Im just wondering if the 25lbs lost looks like 25lbs of fat ,and what i could do differently for the next couple months

You lost some muscle. It's pretty much required. Good job though.

Is that really a 25 lb drop??? The second pic is definitely leaner, but 25 lbs??? That's a lot of f***in weight!
Posted by: bodom
yeah i konw it doesnt look like that much but i carry alot of weight in my lower body, lots a junk in the trunk. But now i can see vascularity in my quads so i know my bf% is getting down there hopefully more will come off the midsection soon =]

It will come off of your mid-section LAST.
My goal is 10% bodyfat, not growing my legs.
At what cost? If you overwork your pecs and never work your legs, you might as well get used to the look you are currently sporting....possibly worse.

Start eating again and put some size on. Stay in the area bf% wise that you're in now.
You are skinny. You don't need to work on becomming skinny, lol.

Love the "300" photo over your face, makes you look even more hard core.

Everyone's got different optimal physiques.
However I agree that you're not going to get the look you want doing chest twice a week on a cut.

Btdt.Not a good look.
Congrats to the OP for solid work and obvious dedication. If you continue to cut to 185 (and the prisoner of war look) then you'll definitely benefit from a significant rebound if things work for you the way they worked for me.
X2 on all that m11 offered. Best wishes to you for continued success.
Regarding the underoos: "Crazy kids!"

Have you always eaten 1600 cals throughout this whole regiment when dieting? If so isn't that really really low?

Depends on the person. I'm a male, but I have a very low natural metabolism (2200 or so calories for maintenance). He could be in a similar situation where he needs to drop calories that low to get any appreciable amount of fat loss.

yeah its pretty low but its the only way i can keep losing
