I've been reading a bit on this product lately and was wondering if anyone has tried it. It seems to flush out excess water from the system and as usual, are making some huge claims (12 lbs in 72 hours in some studies).

Also, would it be wise to use this product if you're trying to gain with the use of Creatine?

Why would you use it unless going on stage, a photo shoot or to the beach?

Not the best product.....Watershed from Absolute is better, KB11 from Naturade is 1/3 the price of both and even better.

You may however be screwing up your water and electrolyte balance needlessly!

I've used it to get ready for a shoot last year and this year for the beach. Be prepared to go to the bathroom often! I think it worked pretty well but I didn't use it more than 3 days. I wouldn't recommend long term use.

I agree...why use it unless you are trying to lean out for a specific day?

I also disagree...I have used both Watershed and Taraxatone...I find the Taraxatone far superior. In fact, some of the competitors I work with like Taraxatone BETTER than pharmaceutical diuretics. But this may be an individual thing...perhaps your experience is different...

As far as using a diuretic while using creatine...that makes NO SENSE.

GP, Try the KB 11 on someone and let me know what you think?

I agree, it's an individualist ic thing. Some just use Dandelion tea.

By the way...I have seen absolutely phenomenal results by adding about 500 mg extra dandelion to the Taraxatone...I'd swear it was LASIX!!
