Hello.

I'm trying to design a sandbag+barbell workout, and I hope you'll guide me through this.

My lifestyle is kinda sedentary, so I'm eager to try a circuit alike routine(high reps, low weight) that will make me sweat a bit;overtraining is counterproductive, but I need to spend more time working out, so I'd want to train 4-5 days a week.

Here's the workout:
Sandbag bear hug squat
Barbell military press
Crunches
*10-15 reps/exercise
*3-4 circuits

P.S.: i can't keep my back straight, so deadlifts and rows won't be added now

Your back needs to be straight on squats, too.
