I think it is about average price for its size. I get Flax oil 24oz for 19 bucks. The blended oil would probably be fine, maybe even better than getting all your efa's from one source.

no I get mine from the Whole Foods Market (national chain). Its made by Spectrum Naturals.

You should be able to find 32 oz for $16-20! (look for Jarrow Formulas which uses Omega Nutrtion)

Anyway.....the price is only ONE of the issues....what about the blend itself??? Looks pretty good to me, but the I know fuck all about oils

It is a balance between 3 and 6's....the Primrose and Borage are heavy but very good omega 6 EFAs...so limit other fats when tou use this!
We usually use flax only because of all the other n-6s we get in foods!
