What should i eat post workout?

Protein shake + heavy cream + efa

or

chicken + brown rice + efa

maybe both?

also, on off days, do i just continue to eat what i would on workout days? or should i cut out 1 of the protein drinks?

Here's my current diet i was thinking:

7am - oatmeal + 2% milk + protein scoop[30g]
12:30 - protein shake, cream, efa
3:30 chicken, rice, efa, salad
6:30 beef/chicken, sweet tato or rice, veggie,
9:30 protein shake

is that a good diet?

post work-out you want to drink a protein shake for quick digestion of proteins.

Ok, thanks. That is what i was thinking. How's the rest of my diet? Is it ok? I read it was 1g protein per lb of lean body mass, not total weight, is that right? So that is how i calculated my protein needs

It's good but add fat...peanut butter would go good here

Good...but need some fat...

most definitely need fat here...if not, you're protein will be used for energy, and be digested far too fast

Post workout I'd say....1.5 srving protein, 3 tbsp cream, 1/2 cup oats.

I keep forgetting about fat. I'll add some natural pb to my late night shake and breakfast and take flax with dinner.
