most people here are going to tell you to make sure you are taking in most of your calories from actual food. Do the research, find out what your ratios you need, how many grams protein, carbs and fats.
That will be your first thing you need to work on. I do believe there are weight gainers uot there, but I do not know how effective they are. I wold find out how manyu calories you need to maintain your weight, then add say, 200 per day for a week. If not getting results. add another two hundred for another week and so forth.
Maybe this helps?

I assume your talking lbm.....and no matter what you take, it is not going to happen in weeks or even months! You need to make sure your diet is top notch and lift hard and stay with it! It will eventually start to show the hard work!

a good whey protein powder and creatine will be your best bet, and if money is no object get some l-glutamine.

It takes time...you won't see any gains in under a month and that's for sure...maybe some weight gain but too much in a short time will in all likely hood be water and fat gain.

Like was said before see how many calories you're eating now and figure out you macronutrient ratios...then add calories...say about 500 over maintenance.

Only then will you be able to choose the right weight gainer or meal replacement for YOU. It all depends on what areas of your diet you need to add to. For example if you consume plenty of carbs but not enough protein you may only need to add some protein. If overall calories are too low you may wish to consider a quality meal repolacement. As for the calorie-filled weight gainers on the market I would tend to avoid them. I feel it would be much better to have a meal replacement shake and make up the additional calories by blending in some milk, bananas or other fruit, flax oil or heavy cream...etc.

Hope this was some help and best of luck.

Hard work and diet, supplements are not magic.

During a loading stage with creatine, I can put over 5 lbs on. So with that whole foods and whey protein you should have no problems.

5 pounds in a week, and your measurements increase as well? Sounds like its laced with something, or its alot of increased eating and water retention.

Hate to tell ya but its just water weight from the creatine, happens to anyone using it correctly.

Save your money, buy good food and lots of it, use the protien powder if you cannot eat through the day for a supplement.

I agree with Scotty, I have used Hot Stuff before and that crap worked, but for the most part I think supplements are a WASTE OF MONEY. What you get for your $ you get MUCH MORE value in food.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to gain weight without increasing food intake or decreasing activity (a ton of it to gain a pound a day), unless it is water which weighs ~8 pounds a gallon. To gain that much weight even on fast acting oral steroids in the first week, its going to be water.
